First, I wanted to say I like your posts. Whether or not I agree with them is irrelevant, they are thought out and contribute. There was one point you made in here, not a major one but it was the one that caught my attention;

You are correct, no legit company is going to infringe on any other companies brand. It is silly and very shortsighted for an established company to play pointless little games with domain names.... so that is a non-issue.

However, there are plenty of companies both big and small as well as sniveling little individuals who would not only spot an opportunity to enrich themselves by squatting on a brand, they would probably consider themselves brilliant and witty doing so.

Those bottom-feeders will cause problems and since .XXX is an sTLD I would think they bare some responsibility to, in fact, serve their sponsoring community
