You keep repeating the same things over and over and they have all been answered. To someone living in an urban environment, your place seems like a cottage and since its out away from the city life it appears to have fields around it. He was being polite and courteous even though you were rude and watching soccer and he came to dinner since he'd traveled all that way.

Since you couldn't even remember his visit, how can we possibly believe any versions you have of what went on while he was there.
