i did it once, and just once... with a buddy with whom i had done liquid acid and shrooms with 40 or 50 times at the least with no problems... we each took a big bong hit, and my buddy stood up and started spinning in circles asking where his mom was... pretty freaky
i just saw a million very very shiny gold and black checker board squares and wasnt sure if i was even breathing any more
as i said... we did it ONCE
