The mouse is not worn out, and they all go crazy within 3 - 4 weeks, no matter the Logitech model. From what I've read MANY logitech users have the same issue.
Bought a microsoft mouse today, if it makes it past the 4 week mark without going bat shit crazy on me, I'll be happy. Not gonna hold my breath.
