I don't know any GOOD designer (plenty of hack job designers will offer anything) who will do any project for less than a couple thousand, even if its only a few pages. My experience has always been that theres a higher fee for the first page then smaller fees for each additional page. If you get a good 3 page site done for under $500 that is mobile compatible, PLEASE post here as I have a ton of sites on the back burner that fit that criteria.
