That's awesome! Unfortunately, the province or terrority is with the lowest rating, is still 5 IQ points above the National average. Maybe Math works differently in Quebec?
With an average estimated IQ of 110, Quebec should seperate ASAP. They'd easily top the list as the number 1 nation IQ wise!
