UPDATE:

As of approximately 30 minutes ago all services have been restored and everyone should be up and running. The root cause of the issue was a code bug in several of our core routers that account for a large portion of our network. Our Emergency Response Team was activated at approximately 10:30 and within 15 minutes had diagnosed the problem and initiated activity with our Hardware Vendor. Their team spent the next 30 minutes making corrective changes to the code and got our core platform stable. By 11:15 all was corrected and over the following few minutes our traffic levels returned to normal. They tell us that this is the first time this bug has appeared and that the information learned from this event will be used to issue a new update for all customers in their next code update.

As always, we apologize for the inconvenience caused by this brief outage. We understand that any outage, no matter how brief, affects our customers and we will do everything in our power to avoid them and to mitigate them when they do occur. We applaud our Emergency Response Team and their efforts, but in the end we hope we never need them again.

If you are a current customer and are having any issues we ask you to communicate with us via MyNatNet.com, or by telephone at 1-888-4-NATNET ( or +1-678-247-7000).

To all NationalNet customers, we appreciate your continued trust and your business and if there is anything else that I, or any member of my staff, can do for you please do not hesitate to call on us.
