I feel sorry for them but I never trusted ePass from the start, so did not lose one thin dime but was indeed able to help a few people get some money out.

Way too many "We can do this! ;)" things and no real verification required for signup, which was a really, really big violation of the TOS of VISA and in complete violation of US law and of course, no matter where you accept or do VISA, that transaction is subject to US law.

VISA is a US corporation, regardless of where you do biz with it and in the end, US law will trump.

And it did.
