You asked why people are pissed at Bush more than Obama over the wars, the answer is in what I wrote.... and I really didn't think I needed to post the duh details, like Bush lying to us to start a war, hiding the costs of the war, and almost 4 trillion in bailouts.
This situation requires serious cognitive thought on the subject, focusing in one or a few aspects at time is what you keep doing, a single question while ignoring or not knowing the obvious is what you're doing, which is why you clearly do not understand what happened or what is going on today, in full details.

Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants
