None of them are career Yankees and probably didn't get #3000 as a Yankee. It's an amazing feat and a testament to his consistency over the years.

The criteria is getting 3000 hits as a Yankee. Not getting the 3000th hit in a Yankee uniform. For example most of Boggs hits came as a member of the Red Sox. Winfield only got 1300 hits as a Yankee. Henderson only got 663 hits as a Yankee. The majority of his hits came as a member of the A's.
