Ok first getting a hit is different than hitting a HR. Steriods make you hit FARTHER not more often. Second no one is hopped on on anything anymore since MLB has instituted drug testing a few years ago. Thirdly only 28 guys have hit 3000 hits or more. Jeter is only the 4th one to do it in the last 10 years. 9 guys did it in the 90's and they certainly weren't on steriods since their careers mostly began in the 1970's or early 80's.
