It looks like the name servers are all on the same network... any problems with that local net, and bang, not only is your registrar website down, so are many of your customers websites, because they're relying on that small pocket of the internet to work in order to resolve their website address.
Moniker needs to place extra name servers in other data centres so that customers don't lose their DNS every time they have an issue. I don't understand why they haven't...
