Of course they are. Streaming is the future. Too bad for the DVD renters. Go use Redbox. Netflix needs more money for more streaming content. The complainers don't seem to get that. Now those DVD renters that don't cancel will bring in more money for streaming and the ones that do cancel will save Netflix money because they'll need to buy fewer DVDs and ship fewer DVDs. Those savings can be used for obtaining streaming content.
