What do you mean by top up fees - the private loads? Most of that goes to MasterCard, they have pretty high fees (as it turns out) for credit card loads.

I hear you completely. I would be, too. For what it's worth, we've been around longer and are very regulated, unlike ePass, but in case you didn't see, we have direct transfers as well.
