interesting concept. Would have to make some kinda flash based video editing software to allow some kind of cross fading/effects between clips, otherwise it would just be like any porn tube where someone can upload and people rate it...
Also gotta factor in that videos might need to be encoded would could take substancial time if the vids are long or HD or something. This would be kind of hard to implement.
