It doesn't matter for that individual if the sole purpose is to "feel more energy" and that is what is happening. However, it does matter when people are building entire industries around totally wrong, fake or misleading information and people are led to believe there are health benefits to a product that simply don't exist or that are greatly exaggerated. I think that when it comes to health and wellness, reality and facts need to be at the center, not myth and hype.
