there is cardio there! i just dont get on a treadmill and pound away for 40 minutes at a time, i kill 2 birds with one stone

. Occassionally ill do some HIIT training where ill sprint for 1 minute between each exercise, usually to blast off 1-2% bf rather quickly. Also training fasted with branch chain amino acids, but theres always a pretty noticeable strength loss for the time training with no calories in my system
