Well not all, cashews, hard boiled eggs, rice, oatmeal, strawberries, (a tiny bit of ice cream), all sorts of nuts, peaches, bananas, pinapple, ham/cheese omelette, pears, chicken on all salads, pasta, somehing spicy my girlfriend fed me, and some vitamin pills for good measure.
The real deal is that I tried to get rid of most of the crap I was eating, no breads or cereals, and then double my workout schedule.
