That's a laoded question for different reasons. What may convert for you on hun traffic may nto convert for others and vice versa.
Try
bangbrosonline. They have a hosted setup. Trick with their sites and content I have found was KISS (Keep it Simple Stupid). Be honest and upfront in advertising. Give the surfer the value of joining up front. I've seen that convert well on the hun in the past with their stuff. Also the key is.. use UPDATED content. It's tempting to want to use the hottest girls, don't. use the most current updates.
