you have all heard of Sinclair Lewis? Of course not. lol But anyhow he wrote Main Street one of his best sellers in the 30's. He was also born in Sauk Centre. The street that runs the length of the 3 mile town is called Main Street. His house is now a tourist trap.
There is a little creek called Stone Arch where he carved his name into .. see if I can find a pic. This is the true essence of Minn. A little creek in July, some hot dogs, a log cabin we skipped school and built by hand, this was my childhood.

anyhow, fact is 94 isnt that exciting which is prob why BD didnt take many pics of the corn fields so we are taking old 52 from Freeport to Alexandria the next 40 miles BD.

here is a typical nice farm as we mosey along
looking to the other side of the road
nothing but corn as we arrive at Sauk Centre
Nothing to do but eat and drink so lets eat again
back on the road there isnt nothing to see but more corn all the way to Fargo
