Now the Feds have this thing call conspiracy. That's where they can charge you with selling, even if they never catch you with so much as a seed.
All they need is a few people to turn on you and admit you sold them x amount of drugs over x amount of time.
Lets say you sold a guy 20 lbs of weed a week, for a year. They would then indite you with conspiracy to distribute 1000+ lbs of weed.
The only way you can get away with it is if you did it by yourself, and with selling drugs you need either a buyer or a seller.
So don't bother.

1. Nothing needs to be moved across state lines for the Feds to get involved.
2. You cannot be prosecuted based on someone saying you sold them weed, its called hearsay, there needs to be proof.
