Anyone can claim to be "Al Qaeda" or claim anyone is "Al Qaeda" doesn't mean they had anything to do with the original CIA created version.
The fact is he wasn't "Al Qaeda" as he was originally portrayed. At least not in the Muslim sense. He was from the other side. (yet in reality two sides of the same coin)
