I own a house. Great investment. I should have purchased a condo, then moved to a house 5 years later.
Forget the house for now - you have plenty of time to start investing when you're 32.
- Get the condo. Don't worry the penthouse hasn't sold. It just means people can't afford it. That isnt you.
- Decide in 4 years if you want to keep the condo or move up to a house.
- Learn to cook
Advice from someone that has been there did that, but should have done that and not been here.
