Congrats to Uruguay - amazing to think that it has the same population as Scotland.
Can any Uruguayans here tell us whether their country is a good place to live/be an adult webmaster? I've read many times that it's currently the best place in South America - at least for not having to fear being kidnapped every time you walk down the street in smart clothes or get into a taxi.
