I think if you ask 25 people that exact same question you will probably get 30 different answers. However, I feel you will do best if you qualify the traffic as much as possible prior to sending to the tours. As an example setting up whichever site you have to consist of a general section and then breaking all the content down into specific categories. So the answer is a little bit of both.

If you define the site's niche too narrowly then you lose a lot on potential customers that might not know exactly what they are looking for. But throwing anal, solo and trannies as an example, all together without giving the option for the surfer to find something more along their taste could cost you even more productive clicks.

First and foremost know your own traffic and traffic sources and move them to where you will have the greatest impact.
