I don't doubt that for a second. I have known Mike since he got into the biz and people love him or hate him but regardless I can certainly vouch for his being honest and ethical. However, why the vagueness? Especially if this was all done by the book, above board, legal eagle, whatever, then what could possibly be the reason not to share the details?
