Every time my carpal tunnel syndrome/rsi injuries or back pain flares up again i go for another session. I cant do it three times a week because its too hot and feels like torture but it REALLY gets rid of back pains, sore muscles, arm and neck pains from sitting in front of the computer; it's very healing. If you have any back pain/carpal tunnel etc Bikram works better than a massage and if you are able to do it often, it will probably heal you. Really improves the circulation.
For anyone who says its stretching; try it. It's really intense and very hard.
