In the real world this is not editing, just as what you showed is not good camera work, because a good cameraman shoots footage to be edited. For an editor to build a more powerful representation of reality.

There is no reason why an erotic film would be any different from any other film. In fact films like "The Story of O" or the recent French film "Leaving" show what is possible.

Just as you do not know how to use any non linear editing program you seem not to know about the new cameras like the Sony P3 and FS100 which allow cinema quality production.
