Running a concurrent Epoch and CCBill program myself, it kinda probably pisses me off extra to see someone doing what KillerGram does. Their affiliate support explained that they basically set their system so a cookie is set for the affiliate and processor and is unchangeable for a long time period, even with clicks from different webmaster's affiliate links. So the first affiliate to send the click gets the sale, not the most recent affiliate. Here is a thread where I was trying to figure out how to deal with this problem to promote them: If a sponsor allows cookie-stuffing, is there a way to link to remove the old cookie?

Interesting. I guess what they must be doing is changing the order of the cascade to whichever biller is converting best, and not to whichever affiliate link the surfer went through (which is what I thought they did, or used to). So you could send through an Epoch link, but the cookie gets ignored because CCBill wouldn't pick it up, or vice versa.
