I would like to see these organizers bring more attention to to actually trying to prevent real rapes. For instance if someone could have talked well intended yet highly indoctrinated young women out of going on certain Peace Corps missions then 1000 (reported and documented) brutal rapes could have been prevented just in the last decade. The popular media and educators do not want to talk about this because it does not benefit their overall agendas. Of course from time to time such a brutal rape happens that even the media cannot ignore it.

Or someone could organize marches to protest the thousands of eastern European and Russian women who accept jobs in other countries where they are sold into sex slavery. I love porn of course but am disgusted by any sort of forced prostitution or sex slavery. If these women were warned in schools, by the media, and by feminist activists then a large number of women could be saved.
This is a real problem not just in eastern Europe but in all parts of the world.

"The U.S. State Department estimates that 800,000 people are trafficked against their will across international borders every year and that millions more are trafficked internally."
How many rapes will these Slut Walks prevent? I would imagine it would not prevent any rapes but would give young women and teenagers a bit too much confidence which could get some of them into trouble. But of course the people behind these Slut Walks really do have ulterior motives and the rest are just highly impressionable dupes.
