The ages when this was supposedly going down was 18 and 15.
20 years later he had to cop an alford plea and serve a few months because he faced a chance of being found guilty based on the statements of the accuser. A few months was better than chancing a bunch of years.
If that can happen to him -- and we're sure it didn't happen (long story, but people in our family were with him that night) -- surely somebody ACTUALLY doing it can go away.

It can go either way.. A know a guy who got over ten years I'll never believe is guilty. I knew the guy. Like a brother. His wife even admitted that she might have made some of it up about what she said he did (she accused him of it all right after she caught him cheating.. interesting.. right?), but he had already copped a deal.. So I understand that situation real well
That's why this guy I'm talking about, there's a 1% chance he isn't doing anything.. I wouldn't want to destroy him in the off chance, but, 99% is 99% and that's good enough for these lesser things I've been considering
Does that make sense?
And then on another side of the coin.. Like I said... a chomo got my niece.... I SAW THE TEXTS MYSELF with him talking about what they did.. saying "ur so special" and "ur um my world" and all of this illiterate shit.... I saw how he manipulated her and raped her mentally to get into her little 13 year old body. . The police HAVE THE PHONE
And .. Nothing .. .. .. waiting .. waiting .. .
You think what I was tempted to do to the guy I posted about was bad.. you would really pee yourself if you saw what I considered and told the guy that I wanted to do to HIM .. that is why it annoys me when a couple of you said I would enable a chomo for some cash (And I do suspect you're saying that, to push my buttons - you should all know better.)
