A PR7 page is a trusted page. A PR1 page is nothing. A link from a PR7 page means a great deal more than a link from a PR1 page. Of course there are many other factors with ranking, but when it comes down to it... "relevance" in this example is irrelevant since you fuckwits can't even define what relevance is and have no clue. Relevant to what? What constitutes relevance? Relevance matters and is obviously a factor, but not enough for a PR1 domain to trump a PR7.
