I think a better question would be a pr1 relevent vs a non relevant pr2-3-4

Any pr5,6,7 I would jump at the chance to get a link.

both have their arguments for and against but the chance to get pr5,6,7 is too great.

If anyone who voted for relevance and have pr7 links I will happily build relevent blogs and get them to PR1 and link to you for your link back from a PR7
