ANYway: not to air private business on a public board let's just say I was under the impression that my useage was capped when it may be the case where it is not for some reason. We're investigating that.
If the useage was coming from Members, uncapped, then there's less of a problem, or perhaps a problem with just a few mems. What kind of feeds you gots? |
Ok, that is what I was thinking - obviously if you have members in good standing that are using the content then you don't necessarily want to drop the provider as a solution because then you are just biting off you nose to spite your face as my Ma always used to say. If your members like it and are using it then dropping it might cost you way more in the long run.
If on the other hand, your had non members getting access and sucking that much bw then I am guessing there should have been some sort of notification/alarm going off to cut it back and help you avoid paying unnecessarily.
