IF it were possible to buy content at the same rate and consistency that a feed company could provide I might consider it. BUT then there's the issue of "working with" all that content I'd be buying (instead of "renting"); editing, FTP-ing, CMS, updates, ay yi yi!

But also, and this is to the above commenter, too, even if I updated a site with my own exclusive content three times a week some members would still cancel, or gravitate to the bonus content to surf through while they wait for the next update to the site they joined. Plus, they get an entire network of 28+ websites, so at least two or more sites in the network are updated every single day, 7 days a week.

A feeds company can provide content I could never shoot myself (too expensive) for only a few hundred a month. Great deal for all involved I would say.
