Just promise them whatever they want, take and keep the money without doing what you promised.

If they sue you, which they probably won't, the judge/jury will love hearing the story about how the guy that ripped you off tried to come back and do business with you through another company.

Yeah, it's all separate companies and stuff but unless it's a huge sum of money, they probably won't do anything.
