While you may disagree, I am willing to put money on the fact that this project won't ever get that far. Why? Too many percentages given out, not enough cash. Guess time will tell. Also depends whether these photographers are ok with making a few hundred a month. Same goes for whoever does the day to day operation of the website.

And as far as the lack of marketing? A solo girls website should have its best month in its first month. Any solo girl website I launched, will have a few hudnred members atleast in the first month. Your first days have 30+ sale days.

How far off from that you are, tells me alot. The majority of marketing for a solo girl website actually doesn't take much time, its just contacting the right people for promotion, I just asked if any of the guys were promoting you and none of them said yes. They haven't even heard of the website. Im not saying this to bash anyone, im saying this to give you that information, to show you that maybe the way you guys do things isn't right and you should be more open ears to what people have to say.

So with all the sales and traffic I get, and for me to say theres not much of a profit margin to give percentages to give away to that many people, wouldn't that say something to you about a website making alot less?

Or do you think, you as a new model knows exactly how it's going to work out?

For example, lets say your website makes 5000 a month: (thats being EXTREMELY generous to a website with little marketing and no video)

2500 to affiliates, 500+ to processing, CMS = ? 150?, Affiliate Software? 50? At some point, using a streaming software. 50? Server bill , couple hundred?

Lets say theres roughly 1500 left

Then theres the cost of ongoing shooting, wardrobe, locations. Unless that is, you have already shot years worth.

And take into account youre going to be splitting the profits 4 or more ways? LOL
We're not splitting it 4 or more ways. We're splitting it like I said, the producer (guy who owns and builds/maintains technical aspects and such of the site), myself, and the photographer. That's 3 people. 25% to the producer, 25% to the photographer, and 50% to me.

I'm not saying, and I apologize if anything I said came across as such, that I know exactly how it's going to turn out. I'm saying that I have a pretty good understanding of how it's going to turn out. No videos = not as successful as it could be. Videos = more successful. I understand that, and everyone involved understands it as well, and we are all okay with that.

I'm not trying to disagree with anything you're saying. I'm just trying to show my perspective on the matter and what we're doing. It might not be the way you would do things, and it probably isn't the most profitable way to do things, but it is what it is.

Like I said before, I don't have videos right now but I am going to be working on videos at some point in the near future. It's not going to be the same types of videos as other websites, at least not for the most part, but nonetheless, there will be videos. I'm not going to delve into the types we're doing and what we have in mind, because that's another discussion. If anyone wants to see it, then once we do it and have them up on the website, people can see for themselves.

So what if the people you contacted haven't heard of my website yet? So what? We're working on it. We're just working at a slower pace than what one might expect right now. That's the best thing, but... like I said, it is what it is. We're doing everything we can. Sooner or later, people will have heard about my website. Just because they don't know right now doesn't mean it's a piece of crap.

I'm not going to try and defend myself against you anymore and I'm done with this conversation. I think it's clear, at least to me, that we aren't going to reach an understanding, or if we did, it would take a lot of talking, which is something I'm not going to busy myself with. I have more important things to do about my website right now.

Take care and best of luck to you in all your endeavors.
