That sucks but how did you communicate to her? Were you straightforward or wishy-washy?
Nevermind I'm not going to defend her, what she did was pretty messed up. The only thing I think you're over reacting about is the AC. So what if she's changed it? Did you tell her not to change it? You can change it back from 69 now that you're home, correct?
Trashing the house, that's not cool. Calling everyday to whine and bitch isn't cool either.
I suppose it depends what type of revenge you're thinking about.
Perhaps it would be better to talk to her, tell her how you feel, tell her that you don't appreciate what she did, rather than do something to fuck her over. My guess is that she didn't realize that what she was doing was disrespectful and not okay.
