Then Reid tabled the bill that passed congress and then filibustered his own bill until the 12th hour. Blaming less than 12% of the congress for this is pretty funny.

If you truly think the tea party, a bunch of freshman that make up less than 12% of congress, is to blame for this then you would also have to admit the HUGE failure of the president and Senate Majority leader for not coming up with a plan.
