This has to be the worst service, both in terms of product and customer support I have ever dealt with.
I purchased their 4G device a few months back and would barely work from the start. They told me every excuse to why I could not stream music and videos and it would turn on and off every few minutes. Finally they sent me a new device, but that would never connect to the web.
After going back and forth about a dozen times I just cancel the service. Was told (and I have a confirmation number and noted on my account) the cancellation fee would be waived as well as a restocking fee.
That was in May...
At the end of May I get charged another $65 for service, then again in June and July. Meanwhile I am calling telling them the service is canceled and I need a refund, they apologize and tell me "sorry, you will have the money credited back in 5 business days." Same story every month.
5 days go by, no credit and call again... same story. Luckily my credit card expired in July so I got a new card with a new account number. I get a call from someone at customer service saying they need a new credit card number to process the refund and those fuckers charge me AGAIN

Been on the phone for well over an hour talking with supervisors and management and they are making it sound like they are NOT willing to refund as I should of called in within 48 hours... fuck that.
Ive read so many complaints about them online, its crazy and many like mine.
If your considering Clear take my advise... DONT!
