That's because the new "e-ticket' setup is horrible. I've no idea who came up with that idea but if I were the CEO of Zombaio I'd have fired and probably even tried to sue that person for being such an idiot.

And for those defending yet another round of late payments... it's not about a 1 time late payment... it's about constant fuck up after fuck up after fuck up since xmas 2010. First the "corrupt swift file" fiasco... then the insane 10% reserve (should only be 5% like everyone else)... then the rebill fiasco... then this horrid new join page.. and now another round of screwed up payments.
I'm sorry to shit on you guys like this because pre xmas 2010 you guys were great.. but now... I honestly cannot say that I would recommend you guys to anyone because of the way you guys have conducted business for the past 8 months. Which makes us sad because you guys were the first biller that we'd recommend pre xmas 2010.
I at least commend you guys for trying to be more communicative with what's going on.. but communication isn't the only thing you need to be doing. If you want a heartfelt, fully honest opinion... clean house and get rid of whoever it is that keeps causing these screw ups.
