For those that are willing to take them but don't know what they are .... An approval plus is a bonus offer one gets after they sign up and they have to re-enter their CVV2 number so it's higher quality than a xsale. They are knowingly purchasing another membership.
You bypass Epoch as you control the page, can be a bitch to setup with some third party software but is 100% doable. I can control mine from our admin and change them on the fly. It's good joins and much easier than xsales.
