The difference between a hooker and a "sugar baby" is that a hooker has sex with you once and then you pay her cash, where as a sugar baby is your girlfriend and you pay her rent, cell phone..... It's just like having a girlfriend but your paying for everything in her life, and her own reason for living is to please you.
There's a show on MTV called Sugar Babies or something. It's not only chicks who do it, it's men too - gigolos.
Not that I've ever had one.
