assume that a very high number, 5% would click the link, that would be 100 visitors per day.
Over 30 days, you will get the full amount of ~3000 visitors, not even necessarily uniques!

At that price, you'd be paying ~ $1.35 per 1000 visitors, which indeed is a low price to pay. You can buy traffic from brokers, filtered to be only premium countries, for some $3 to $5 per 1000 visitors. So question is why such a low price, and this usually turns out to be either shitty traffic or traffic from very poor countries without credit cards and they visitors won't sign up for anything at all and thus worthless to you as a site owner.

So the "scam" as others called it, lies more in overpricing the a sub-par product so heavily, while marketing newbies, that they will not catch it and then think "it's only $5".

Save your money or use it a more wiser way. Spend just a handful of extra dollars and get an extra domain for a full year, do not waste your startup cash on a silly offer like this.

Because, if we do a more realistic math, a 5% click-through on your bought link is quite high. A more realistic number would be anywhere between 1-3 %, making the price per 1000 visitors to your site even more expensive.

At 1%, you get 20 visitors per day, 600 for the month. That sums up to a price per 1000 visitors of $8.33, which is incredibly high, unless those are highly targeted and heavily filtered.

at 2%, you get 40 visitors per day, 1200 for the month. Price per 1000 = $4.17, again, a quite high price to pay.

and at 3%, and now you are getting a quite high (read unlikely) click through, you get 60 visitors per day, 1800 for the month. Per 1000 that equates to $2.78, which could be about right if it was any kind of quality traffic, but if it was of any proven value, there would be larger affiliates and companies buying it all up at that price on long term, pre-paid deals.

Thus, that is not a good offer or at least one which you should take into very careful consideration!
