Depending on how easily sold the product is, $15 could be ok.
But most probably not.

Say that 1 in 200 would buy your product.
And to get 500 people to click the ad, I need to have at least 10 times that on my own site, so 5000. With that, 2.5 persons per day would order your product, making it 75 for the month at $15 a pop = $1125 per month.

Now, do I get recurring revenue from you, or do I just get paid for the first order?
Because with 5000 daily visitors, and with the incredibly high click through of 10%, I would send 500 people to a cam or paysite with the chance of earning a revenue share for the lifetime of the customer.

Say a converstion rate at the cam or paysite of 1 in 500, I would make one sale day, 30 for the month, at revenue share $15 a pop, making it $450 in total. But with rebills and extra cam orders, after a month or two, I have more residual members, who stay on and who makes me extra cash each month, to widely outnumber your offering.

Question then become, why should I waste my limited banner space on you?
Note that above I have valued your product quite high, with a conversion rate at 1:200 which quite possibly isn't very likely, and thus tilting the calculation even more away from your favour.

The conclusion is that $15 isn't enough, you would either need to up the initial offer or let the webmaster share in future re-orders too.
