heres how

Find out the old IP, and then tell them to paste the following into their host file,

xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx (space must be a tab) domain.com

replace xxx... with the ip and the domain with your domain.

your host file is located in C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts

If you are running windows 7, they need to open notepad as adminisrator to edit this file.
