Personally, I don't think there's a big enough of a demand.
Mainstream auctions cover a wide/huge variety of niches.
Besides being very aggressive in getting people already selling their websites on GFY, DP, etc to post up on your new site, you should look at getting someone to start pumping out pre-made adult sites/templates/etc that can also be sold.
Websites are easy to create - get the volume going by creating and selling sites on there yourself and then spending money/time on a traffic/marketing campaign.
