Everyone once in a blue moon I might ask a program to make some custom banners, but other than that, I can handle everything else. I don't need "program manager" fluff to convince me to join and send traffic your way.
Give me decent content, a promo pass to some sites i'm interested in promoting and maybe get me some custom banners every once in awhile and i'm happy and you've got traffic coming your way for years.
