Now that everyone wants to cut social programs for low income people, they'll have no choice but to gamble away their last remaining pennies in hopes of hitting the jackpot.
I know state lotteries were suppose to pay for schools and education and everyone knows that American schools are like futuristic wonderlands, so I'm sure this will work out even better.
I have nothing against gambling, but it's a stupid way to raise revenue.
