Kinda looks like some drug cartel type guy. Someone just bury the guy already and be done with it.
Or at least run into him and give him some real medical bills, god damn, this guy steals millions from the industry and just goes about his business like it's nothing. You guys must not really give a damn about your money and would rather poke another little joke at him while he laughs.
